A small, yet very successful business on the outskirts of Exeter are looking for an Administrator to join their Estate Administration team in supporting the Directors and Associates. This role is available on a part-time basis, working 09:30 - 15:30 from Monday to Friday. Working from this idyllic setting in a village location between Exeter and Tiverton, the location will tick so many boxes for people, especially for those who no longer want to commute into the towns and cities. You'll be able to drive to work without the traffic and the hustle and bustle, benefitting from free parking, while still being able to work within a passionate, dedicated and committed team of professionals within the property industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who has office administration experience and is looking to take that to the next level, while working cohesively with a great bunch of people. The office is a busy environment and we are looking for someone who can grow and share the same passion as the rest of the team about their offering to their clients. Working with some very high-net-worth clients, we are looking for someone who is extremely credible, while also being articulate and good with English spelling, grammar and punctuation. You would be working within lovely offices, which were purpose-built with character. Due to the company's rural location the successful applicant will need to have their own transport, although parking is free.
Tasks included:
- Working closely with the team to carry out day-to-day admin tasks.
- Ensure all property information and data is kept up to date
- Client interaction and correspondence
- Electronic and paper filing
- Typing and scanning
- Diary Management and travel arrangements for Directors and Associates
- Answering and directing telephone calls and taking messages accurately and efficiently
- Dealing with ingoing and outgoing mail
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with contractors and booking appointments for various compliance checks
- Other duties as required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working in a busy office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to show initiative within company guidelines
- Highly organised
- Professional and articulate with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Due to the company's rural location the successful applicant will need to have their own transport (ample free parking is available).
Hours and Benefits:
