One of Exeter's top law firms are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Lawyer, to join their highly successful team. This Commercial Litigation team is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories, and is known for delivering exceptional results across a wide range of complex commercial disputes; including contractual and shareholder disputes, financial and professional negligence claims, judicial review and business risk and regulatory matters. They also have specialist sub-teams covering sectors such as sports law, energy & waste, marine, business risk and regulation and insolvency – each of which is headed up by a specialist partner. The team regularly work with a wide variety of local, national and international clients, ranging from business start-ups and individuals to multi-nationals, institutional investors, major banks and public sector bodies.
You will be joining a highly knowledgeable and experienced litigation team where meaningful time spent in developing the skills needed to be an effective lawyer is prioritised. Experience and skills required:
- Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Lawyer with circa 0-3 years' PQE
- Previous experience of working with a Commercial Litigation team

- Naturally ambitious and self-motivated
