Aspiria Recruit are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Dispute Resolution lawyer to join a progressive and modern firm in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience working in dispute resolution and will have a keen interest in all areas. You will be working on a varied workload including, boundary disputes, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction-related disputes, contentious probate and residential landlord & tenant disputes. You will be someone who is looking to continue expanding their knowledge and progress their career at a firm that offers significant scope for progression.
Skills & Experience sought:
- Be able to manage your own caseload
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Dispute Resolution
- Proactive & self-motivated
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to build and maintain strong client relationships
