One of the region's established, but continuously growing, law firms is looking to hire an experienced Family Lawyer into their newest office, which opened last year. This is a great opportunity to take on a growing caseload of around 25-30 files, with the aim of growing this further, with the support of a Paralegal already in the team. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong experience of working within a broad range of private Family work, to include Divorce & Finance work, but also some Private Children work. The role will also involve managing and developing the Paralegal within the team, while running and growing the caseload. Working in an office with 6-7 other people, the plans are to continue growing this office, so it's an exciting time to be joining the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Divorce & Finance and Private Children matters
- Managing and growing an existing caseload of circa 25-30 files currently
- Continuous business development alongside main duties
- Supporting the Family Paralegal with leadership and development
Requirements:
- Qualified and experienced Family Lawyer
- Experience in both Divorce & Finance and Private Children law
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases
