An exciting graduate opportunity has become available, working for an Exeter-based insurance company. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed a degree and has an excellent academic record, to work as a Trainee Contract Analyst. The role will include the review and analysis work of client contracts, while assessing any risks or potential concerns within the documentation. Working with clients within the insurance industry, we are after someone who has excellent attention to detail, as well as a keen eye for proof-reading. The successful applicant will benefit from a long and thorough programme of training, to enable them to become a specialist within this field. Previously, many of the successful people within the business have been graduates, who have maybe not fully known what they wanted to do with their career. This type of analytical work is more qualitative and word-based, rather than numbers-based, so it may not be the right role for someone with a degree such as Accountancy or Financial Analysing. The type of degree that might suit better could be something that requires a lot of interpreting of word documents and sources, possibly including subjects such as Law, History, English, Philosophy, Sociology.
This company can offer an exciting career pathway, along with the training and support, while also having a strong starting salary, as well as exciting salary increases in a relatively short period of time, as you develop. On top of this, you can also earn an annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary (this year people will earn circa 17%). Working within central Exeter offices, this is a great opportunity to become one of the first people within the office here, as the business looks to grow and expand further.

- Enthusiastic engagement with the company's proposition and value add
- Collaborative approach to engaging across the broader team
