One of the Southwest's leading law firms have an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Planning team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 0-2 PQE, and while any previous planning experience would be ideal, this doesn't necessarily require a training contract seat within planning law, as long as there is a genuine interest in the area of law. You can expect to work on large-scale projects, ranging from commercial and residential developments to significant infrastructure and regeneration schemes for a range of national and regional clients.

Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on planning permission applications, negotiate planning and infrastructure agreements, and provide commercially focused advice on securing and implementing planning permissions.
- Working on large scale development consent orders for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects
- Support our transactional property practice, acting for both private and public sector clients
Skills and experience sought:
- Qualified lawyer, ideally with experience of Planning law, but if not, with a genuine interest in Planning law
- 0-2 years PQE desired
