One of Exeter's top law firms are looking for a Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer, to join their busy and successful Trusts and Estates team. The team advise on wills and succession planning, trusts, probate and the administration of estates, tax, tax risk planning, the structing of art, heritage, cultural or other unique assets, and wealth preservation more generally. Their clients are often high net worth individuals, business owners, executors and trustees alongside a large number of farmers and landowners in the region, meaning you will have a varied caseload, working for an array of different clients. From the outset you can expect exposure to high quality work, whilst being entrusted with a high level of responsibility.
Experience and skills required:
- circa 4-6 years' PQE, although we have flexibility on this
- Maybe already at Associate Lawyer level and looking to step up to Senior Associate level in the near future
- Previous experience of working with a Private Client team and dealing with similar work
- A hard-working ethic, a credible approach and a dynamic personality
