This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client solicitor/lawyer to join a reputable, modern & supportive firm in either their Barnstaple or Kingsbridge offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting wills and powers of attorney, creating and administering trusts, dealing with probate, and dealing with tax planning issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and have a keen interest in Private Client law.
