One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their team, working within their Housing Management team. This team deals with everything related to managing their client’s housing stock and their tenants’ conduct. Principally this involves dealing with disrepair claims, access injunctions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, breach of tenancy injunctions, possession claims, property and land disputes including adverse possession and boundary disputes, and leasehold disputes.
They are keen to find someone at the 4+ PQE level (with flexibility), who can bring a positive, experienced and effective persona to the team. Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience of working within a related field, working within litigation and maybe some property disputes background.
The role will involve matters related to:
- Disrepair claims
- Access injunctions
- Anti-social behaviour injunctions
- Breach of tenancy injunctions
- Possession claims
- Property and land disputes including adverse possession and boundary disputes
- Leasehold disputes.
Experience and skills sought:
- Previous litigation experience at circa 4+ PQE
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic approach to client care
