One of the areas leading regional firms is looking to hire an newly-qualified lawyer into their Clinical Negligence team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently qualified as either a Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer, who has a keen interest in Medical Negligence work. The firm has a good offering for this type of work and a good team in place, to be able to support someone with training, learning and development. The role can be based in either Taunton or Barnstaple, with flexibility to be able to work from home for parts of the week. Responsibilities to include:
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant case information.
- Assisting in the preparation and drafting of legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and other relevant parties.
- Managing and organising case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Attending court hearings, conferences, and client meetings as required.
- Providing administrative support to the legal team.
- Developing to run their own cases.
Skills and experience required:
- Newly or recently qualified Lawyer
- Experiecne or a keen interest in clinical negligence work
- A credible and enthusiastic approach
