One of Exeter's Top 100 law firms are looking to hire two Residential Property Solicitors (or Legal Executives) into their growing property team. The team could consider taking on people at newly-qualified level, or possibly people with more experience, as they look to build their "dream-team". This firm have a fantastic balance of being one of the elite firms in Exeter, while also being extremely informal in their approach to business. Their people are approachable and they have a culture of sharing knowledge across their teams, working in a collaborative way. The work will involve a wide range of residential property matters, acting on behalf of both private clients and also larger institutions. The properties that this firm acts on can range from properties for first-time buyers, right up to large estates or high-value London-based properties. Being a part of one of the Southwest's largest property teams, you will be provided with excellent training, while there are genuine opportunities to progress your career further. The firm wants their people to realise their full potential and will strive to get you there! The firm also offer hybrid working, where employees can work from home for 2 days per week, working in their fantastic offices on the other 3 days (there may even potentially be some extra flexibility on this).
Skills and experience sought:
- A qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Previous fee-earning experience within residential property law
- 0-6 years PQE (although we would consider people with more experience)
