The successful candidate will ideally be 0-4 years' PQE and will have the desire to provide excellent client service. The work you will be doing will be varied and will include, wills, trusts, estate planning, estate administration work, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to come in and learn from a team, some of which, have over 20 years' experience. The team see this hire as someone who can provide succession planning within the team, so it could offer a clear career pathway for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills and updating existing arrangements
- Establishing and administering Trusts
- Dissolving Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Acting as an Independent Executor
